The latest addition to Emi and Seika’s growing family, Chou was born and raised under the café tables, without anyone knowing of her existence except for her “parents” and some of her siblings. When she was considered of age, she was included in the ranks of butlers and maids. But because of her oldish appearance and manner of speech, she is often assigned to assist the maître d’s, often being partnered with Kanae. Her devotion to her parents and siblings borders on the obsessive, to the point that she has decided to permanently camp out in their beloved café and do everything in her ability to keep it safe. Because of her unearthly presence and manners, she has become the café’s perfect protective charm at night, scaring away uninvited guests and robbers.
