The latest addition to Emi and Seika’s growing family, Chou was born and raised under the café tables, without anyone knowing of her existence except for her “parents” and some of her siblings. When she was considered of age, she was included in the ranks of butlers and maids. But because of her oldish appearance and manner of speech, she is often assigned to assist the maître d’s, often being partnered with Kanae. Her devotion to her parents and siblings borders on the obsessive, to the point that she has decided to permanently camp out in their beloved café and do everything in her ability to keep it safe. Because of her unearthly presence and manners, she has become the café’s perfect protective charm at night, scaring away uninvited guests and robbers.
Likes: Harmony, routine, buttered popcorn
Dislikes: Clutter, fire, any form of damage to the café

Ichigo currently studies at an art college; however, this fact is overshadowed by the widespread rumor that she is the only daughter of the legendary biker gang leader Himiko, who had long ago vanished from the underworld without a trace. These stories are further reinforced from the intimidating way she presents herself, and from the scars she acquires on a regular basis (scars which actually are products of clumsy accidents). She is now working at Dokissaten upon following her friend Momoko there, suspicious with the questionable café activities, but has decided to stay after Momoko left. She has long ago convinced the staff that she was better off as a butler after ripping apart the provided maid uniform.
Likes: Leather, chains, silver
Dislikes: Dresses, perfume, insincerity
Café Event Skill: Speed Sketch [a 2-3 minute quick drawing of the customer or butler/maid of choice. Can choose between Japanese and Western style of drawing.
